Pewter Collection

'Alloy I' our first large pewter sculpture and 'Wednesday'/'Shield Maiden' our first experimental hybrids of pewter and cold cast iron are one of a series of sculptures available for sale priced at £4500, £3375 and £2750 accordingly (not including delivery/installation if required). The hardy materials used to make these pieces make them very easy to be packaged to send overseas. The originals of Wednesday and Shield Maiden have now sold, but very similar pieces can be made to order, although each will be unique in the formation of the melted pewter and its interaction with the cold cast iron.

The original Alloy I sculpture was inspired by the work of our friend and fellow artist Richard Neal who developed this beautiful, heavily textured technique, and we enjoyed making it so much that we have since developed our own spin on working with molten pewter by combining it with other materials such as the cold cast iron pieces shown here. 

Each piece requires a single fixing point to be wall-hung and are, of course, only designed to be displayed indoors away from damp environments.
